Johnny finally finished recovering from his wound. He has returned to his base anticipating when the Lieutenant will send him out to combat. I have faith that God will keep him safe until we return home. I have a couple months left in Da Nang Air Base. Then I will return to the United States where I will meet up with my husand and go to Southern California. I think him and I have done our time in the force. Being a nurse has been an amazing journey because I have saved a lot of lives but it is time that Johnny and I move on with our lives.
